A leading project management company in the UK is seeking a senior leader in BMS/Controls to oversee a 40-person team and drive performance across project delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves direct P&L management and developing future leaders. The ideal candidate should possess significant leadership experience, a proven track record in P&L responsibilities, and must have the Right to Work in the UK. Own a profitable region, shape a 40‑person team, and have true P&L say‑so. Surrey based with regional remit across the South, you’ll run a mature business unit with full autonomy over delivery and growth. You’ll actually own the plan and the numbers, leading a team of c. 40 technical and administrative staff across project delivery, service & maintenance and operations, shaping delivery, margin and customer experience across the South. You’ll coach your manager layer, sort escalations decisively, and partner with Sales on work you’re happy to deliver – not firefight someone else’s forecast.
