A leading UK trade supplier seeks a Regional Learning Partner to deliver high-quality L&D programs across multiple locations. This role involves engaging with senior stakeholders to evaluate learning activities and enhance performance through effective training sessions. With responsibilities ranging from induction training to ongoing support for learning initiatives, the position offers the chance to impact talent development significantly. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in L&D, excellent facilitation skills, and proficiency with learning management systems.
As part of our continued growth within Learning & Development, we are seeking an additional Regional Learning Partner to support our business in the West of England and Wales.
Joining an industry leading FTSE100 company. this is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will lead the delivery of our end-to-end training — including Induction, Compliance, Essential Skills, and Succession Development — to enhance performance and develop future talent.
Working in partnership with Regional Directors, HR Business Partners, and the Delivery Manager, the role ensures all learning activity supports performance objectives and aligns with the wider People Plan.
This is a field-based role covering the West of England however at times there will be nationwide delivery and events which may require overnight stays.
