Overview

Regional HR Business Partner – South Central England (based from home).

Salary: £50 - 55,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus & Package.

This role supports a garden and home retailer with real heritage and an exciting future. The company has invested in modernising its stores and expanding its footprint, placing people at the heart of its success. It is strengthening its HR capability and offering the chance for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a visible, influential role in shaping the teammate experience across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Cover a portfolio of sites across Southern England with a focus beyond transactional HR.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to operational leaders, ensuring best practice and consistency in all areas of people management.
  • Lead employee relations, recruitment and induction, talent development, organisational change and performance management.
  • Shape outcomes and influence culture across the region.
  • Operate as a home-based partner with autonomy to manage your own diary, balancing remote support with on-site presence when needed.
  • Report directly to the Head of HR and contribute as part of a collaborative team.
Candidate profile / Requirements
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
  • Field-based HR experience from a retail or service-led environment.
  • Confident to engage stakeholders at every level; able to build strong relationships remotely and face-to-face.
  • Organised and self-sufficient, able to manage a multi-site remit.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, organisational change and talent development.
