Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisory experience in logistics preferred.
• Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records on the HR system.
• Coach and advise stakeholders on HR issues.
• Implement communication and engagement strategies.
• Support payroll processing and recruitment activities.
• Manage HR activities for TUPE, redundancy, and redeployment.
