The Opportunity As Regional Head of Surveying – South, you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape performance, develop people, and influence the future direction of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of residential surveyors
• Drive technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and long-term career development
• Champion technology-led surveying practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with quality, audit, and operational teams
• Deliver CPD sessions, one-to-ones, and team briefings (virtual and in person)
• Remain hands-on with surveying where appropriate, leading by example

About You

• RICS-qualified (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS) and VRS-registered
• Extensive residential surveying and valuation experience
• Proven leadership capability—either stepping up from a senior surveying role or as an experienced manager
• Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Confident using iPad-based surveying tools and digital reporting systems
