Working closely with Avolta and other key partners, you will play a pivotal role in steering the commercial agenda and driving sustainable growth across the GTR channel. You will manage and support the central customer relationship, take ownership of your own region and ensure that customer strategies align with WG&S objectives while monitoring account performance and overseeing pricing, promotional activity, and compliance.
In this role, you will also contribute to commercial planning and analysis, developing data‑driven insights that identify growth opportunities and optimise performance across the region. You will manage your own forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processes, while analysing sales trends, promotional return on investment, and market share to guide strategic decision‑making.
Collaboration is central to success. You will act as a bridge between functions, ensuring seamless execution of global strategies at a regional level. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for authoring and delivering high‑stakes presentations to both internal leadership and external partners. You will provide persuasive, insight‑led performance updates and strategic recommendations that directly influence the trajectory of the region.
