As an Executive Regional Director, you will lead one of five regional teams and act as Homes England’s most senior representative in your region. You will work in partnership with Mayors, Chief Executives, and senior leaders across government and the housing sector to accelerate housing growth and regeneration.
With direct responsibility for a regional portfolio — delivering 6,000–10,000 homes annually — you will oversee major programmes including affordable housing initiatives, large-scale place-making, and strategic partnerships. You will also lead a high-performing multi-disciplinary team (70–90 professionals) spanning planning, development, infrastructure, enabling and partnership delivery.
This role requires you to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will shape and implement Regional Business & Delivery Plans, resolve complex challenges, and ensure activity on the ground aligns with both local priorities and national ambitions.
