Job summary

A luxury aviation company is looking for an Events Executive to manage the execution of their global event strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The role demands 2+ years of experience in events or marketing, ideally within the luxury sector, and involves responsibilities such as overseeing logistics for major airshows, collaborating with sales teams, and leading event activations. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills are essential. This position may require international travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Events or Marketing, preferably within luxury, aviation or hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional implementation of the global events strategy.
• Oversee logistics and coordination for major Aviation airshows and trade shows.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to create bespoke event activations.
• Lead development of marketing assets associated with events.
• Manage pre-event planning and post-event evaluation.
