Ready to shape the future of our academies? We're searching for an exceptional Regional Estates Manager to join our ambitious, forward‑thinking team – ideally based in the North or East Midlands. This is your chance to make a real impact across our growing trust. As a key player in our Estates team, you’ll bring your expertise in property and estates management to keep our academies safe, compliant, and running at their best. Working hand‑in‑hand with the Director of Estates, you’ll help drive our Estates Strategy, influencing everything from building maintenance to major capital projects. Your leadership will keep operations smooth and standards high, creating outstanding learning environments that truly make a difference for our students. From managing contractors to overseeing projects big and small, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to transform education.
• Lead the Estates team to maintain high standards of safety and compliance across all academies.
• Oversee contractor management and ensure all maintenance and capital projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the Director of Estates to implement the Estates Strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in property and estates management.
• Significant on‑site presence and flexibility, including occasional unsociable hours and weekend work.
Hours: 37 hours per week, All Year Round.
