  • Proven operational management experience across multiple sites.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness with financial control and budgeting experience.
  • Ability to source, analyse data and present recommendations.
  • Driving licence essential for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and availability of products while managing stock levels.
  • Manage repair programs to ensure compliance with Health & Safety.
  • Drive technical skills development and apprenticeship programs.
  • Field Service Planning for the team of field service engineers.
  • Respond to breakdowns and appoint engineers for cost-effective solutions.
