Qualifications

  • A motivational leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Deep experience selling enterprise software to government-this is non-negotiable.
  • A solid background in IT/software environments.
  • Ability to translate complex needs into powerful software solutions.
  • Advanced user of sales tools like Salesforce, TAS, and Scotwork.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Lead Business Development Managers to hit ambitious UK and EMEA revenue targets by winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Fuel Retention: Guide our Customer Success Managers to exceed global retention goals by ensuring real, measurable value for customers.
  • Channel Mastery: Collaborate directly with channel partners to accelerate software sales.
  • Lead with Impact: Build and empower a high-performing, engaged team through smart hiring, strong leadership, and career development.
  • Strategic Vision: Set sales strategies, define goals, analyse performance, and forecast results to deliver consistent success.
