Regional Director – London Sales Offices

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and driven Regional Director to lead our London Sales network. While prior area or multi‑office leadership experience is ideal, we also welcome applications from exceptional Branch Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

As Regional Director, you will lead and oversee branch performance across the London region. Partnering closely with the wider leadership team, you will cultivate a thriving culture, drive commercial performance, and ensure our teams deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and mentoring high‑performing teams across the region.
  • Translate the company vision into clear, actionable direction for your colleagues, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coach, develop, and manage all employees to optimise performance and support career growth.
  • Oversee regional branch operations, including setting development pathways and managing the P&L.
  • Drive high levels of employee engagement through effective action planning, proactive recruitment, retention initiatives, and people‑first leadership.
  • Monitor and report on regional performance, delivering against key financial, commercial, and operational targets.
  • Identify and address underperformance promptly, providing guidance and support to branches requiring additional direction.
  • Grow market share significantly through proactive working practices and by identifying opportunities for business growth.
