Job summary

A leading specialist trade merchant is seeking a Regional Business Support Administrator for the London & Southeast Region. In this role, you will manage inventory and margin recovery while supporting various administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have experience in these areas and strong communication skills. Role Responsibilities

As a Regional Business Support Administrator branch based in the London & Southeast Region, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out various administrative duties including manage the margin leakage performance and stock management of the region
  • To drive best practice supporting the Region in managing loss of margin and reducing future risk by ensuring the adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes, uncovering root causes and suggesting corrective actions.
  • To identify and manage Purchase Invoice Variances through to resolution.
  • To manage returns via Supplier Return Notes to ensure accurate stock and records.

This role is working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm. (4 days in branch and 1 at home)

Qualifications

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous experience within inventory management & margin recovery
  • Literacy and Numeracy: Able to interpret written and numerical data and accurately check information including product codes and financial data.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate effectively at different levels within the organisation.
