The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharma sales management, P&L oversight, and a degree in a science discipline. You will be managing a team of experienced specialist Key Account Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity in a highly visible role which you can really make your own. You will take the lead on supporting and implementing the sales plan and strategy for the brand, developing your KAM team capabilities, and ensuring sales targets and market share are achieved through optimal brand promotion.
As a Regional Business Manager, you will be working with critical stakeholders from across the business so you will need to be able to think strategically, prioritise effectively and demonstrate a strong commercial mindset. You will support, develop, and motivate through operational leadership of your business region and team of KAMs.
