You will be responsible for
  1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
    • Define and sharpen Sunnystep’s brand positioning, value proposition, and narrative across key customer personas.
    • Translate “science-led comfort” into simple, emotionally resonant messages customers immediately understand.
    • Ensure brand consistency across online, retail, CRM, campaigns, and product communication.
  2. Persona‑Led Demand Creation
    • Identify and prioritize high‑value customer personas by market (SG/MY/CN).
    • Build persona‑specific messaging frameworks and creative angles.
    • Prove at least one repeatable persona × message × creative system that converts profitably.
  3. Creative & Content Strategy (Not Execution)
    • Set the creative strategy and hypotheses behind content, ads, and campaigns.
    • Guide content direction so teams know what story to tell and why, not just what to post.
    • Work with execution teams to scale winners and kill underperforming ideas quickly.
  4. Brand × Performance Integration
    • Partner closely with Growth, AI/Data, and Retail teams to link brand narrative → creative → traffic → conversion → retention → unit economics.
    • Ensure brand success is measured by ROAS, CAC, conversion lift, and retention, not vanity metrics.
  5. Customer Insights & Learning Loop
    • Own synthesis of customer insights from CS, retail feedback, surveys, and data.
    • Turn insights into clear brand decisions and priorities.
    • Produce quarterly Brand & Growth Insight summaries for leadership.
  6. Team Enablement & Cross‑Functional Leadership
    • Coach and develop brand, content, and CRM talent.
    • Set clear standards for creative quality, testing discipline, and brand coherence.
    • Build lightweight but scalable brand systems and playbooks.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
  • 3+ years in brand, marketing, or growth roles in consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to connect brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution judgment.
  • Comfortable working with data, experiments, and fast iteration.
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
  • Sunnystep has a clear and differentiated brand position in its core markets.
  • One or more persona‑led narratives consistently deliver strong conversion and ROAS.
  • Reduced reliance on discounts and paid traffic.
  • Brand becomes a repeatable demand engine, not an ad‑hoc function.
What This Role Is Not
  • Not a pure creative or social media role
  • Not PR‑only or campaign‑only
  • Not a large‑company, slow‑cycle brand role
