A leading waste management company is seeking an HWRC Supervisor in Lochgilphead, Scotland. You will lead a small team to provide a safe and high-quality customer experience at the Household Waste Recycling Centre. This role involves supervising site operations, maintaining health and safety standards, and delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates should have a background in customer service and safety compliance.
10 on 4 off shift pattern
£27,331.20 per annum
As HWRC Supervisor you will lead work at the Household Waste Recycling Centre to ensure our visitors to site each have a quality and safe experience. You will ensure and maintain a high level of Health & Safety compliance at all times and maximise best use of resources on site to acheive high levels of recycling and diversion.
Safety is at the forefront of eveything we do here at Renewi. Within this role you’ll be fully engaged in our safety culture, and will be sure to raise close calls and in doing so reporting all incidents as per the incident reporting systems, allowing us to improve daily and protect fellow workers in the Business.
Leading a small team of HWRC Operatives you will be focused on providing the customers who attend our site a quality and safe experience. No two days are the same at our HWRC’s, this role is varied and will include undertaking general site work such as; housekeeping, maintenance of skips and containers, paper picking and generally keeping the site safe and tidy.
