WRS are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader with proven experience placing personnel in the ROV industry to join our Marine division.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, combining your technical understanding of contract ROV recruitment operations with a strong network to drive team performance, deliver revenue, and grow WRS’s presence across global subsea projects.

Your Role As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants within the Marine Subsea division (ROV).
• Continue to bill personally while driving overall team success.
• Use your ROV expertise and market connections to identify new business opportunities.
