About the Role

Here at Academics Berkhamsted, we are ready to take our Team to the next level. In line with our growth strategy, we are ready to appoint a Recruitment Team Leader to join our already successful crew and support our Branch Manager.

This role would suit an experienced Education Consultant who has a good working knowledge of the Education Recruitment Sector. You could be an existing Team Leader or a Recruitment Consultant who has the drive and determination to support team members to do their best work. You will be working alongside an experienced Branch Manager and together, to hit your team's targets, while ensuring our candidates and school's receive the best possible customer service.

The role will include;
