Location: UK (Mainly Remote and occasional London visits)

Term: Initially a one year fixed term role, with review to extend

Their on-demand platform connects companies with reliable local workers instantly, using automation to eliminate manual searching and old-school recruitment headaches.

They're growing rapidly—and they're looking for a Business Development Manager who's ready to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new business: Identify prospects, pitch smartly, negotiate well and land deals that matter.
• Own the UK growth story: Build and execute sales strategies that open up new sectors and locations.
• Onboard with purpose: Make sure new clients hit the ground running and see real value fast.
• Create opportunities: Build awareness, attend events, and drive conversations that get people talking.
• Work smart with data: Keep CRM sharp and use insights to focus your time and energy.
