Our client is looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer interested in training to become a Recruitment Consultant. Candidates should already be working as a Resourcer or Trainee Recruitment Consultant in ANY sector, with particular interest in those in the commercial sector. While recruitment involves sales, the company prefers a consultative approach to relationship building and business development, so a loud/noisy "RahRah" sales style would not be suitable.
