Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a reliable pool of temporary workers across a variety of sectors.
  • Pre‑screen candidates, manage compliance, and keep accurate records.
  • Monitor temporary staff performance and resolve attendance or performance issues promptly.
  • Support permanent recruitment through end‑to‑end candidate screening.
  • Submit suitable candidates in a timely manner and work closely with management on compliance and invoicing.
  • Keep the database up to date and accurate.

Candidate relationship management is a key part of the role; you will be in regular contact with candidates via telephone, email, and social media, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.

A proactive approach to achieving KPIs and financial targets is essential.
