We provide high-quality, inclusive education and therapeutic support to all children and young people, aged 4 to 25 regardless of their background or abilities. Our team believes that every child can succeed and is dedicated to helping them reach their goals in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. We support children and young people who are unable to access education within a school setting. This can be for a variety of reasons and can be linked to special educational needs and/or disabilities, young people with or without EHCPs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs such as school refusers, anxiety, and emotional based school avoidance (EBSA). We have contracts with Local Authorities Nationwide and are constantly growing.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching, support, and mentoring roles within our organisation. This role is essential in helping us build a strong workforce that reflects our values and delivers excellence across all of our settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal vacancies across tutoring roles
  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans
  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
  • Conduct screening calls, shortlisting, interviews, and feedback coordination
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
  • Manage compliance, vetting, and safeguarding processes in line with statutory requirements
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to senior leaders
  • Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, and internal referral schemes
  • General admin and database support for other team members
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • Experience in recruitment (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of the education sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of social media for business (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to hiring challenges
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Familiarity with safer recruitment practices or a willingness to be trained
