Overview

Caddy Group are looking for ambitious, career driven individuals who are seeking a financially lucrative, fast-paced career in recruitment. In the role of Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with the Directors sourcing candidates for client requirements. This is a 180 recruitment position. This role gives you a brilliant introduction into recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)
• Pre screen and qualify candidates
• Compliance check
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Generate active and passive candidates

Experience / Qualifications

• Sales or phone based professional experience would be advantageous
• Experience in recruitment is not essential
• Being able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good telephone manner
• Ability to multi-task
• This role is based in our Larkfield office and will involve travelling to our offices in Brighton and Nottingham with other members of the team.
