Overview

ADR Network is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of professional HGV drivers. We work with some of the biggest names in logistics, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to help us source, screen, and register high-quality temporary agency drivers.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening applicants for temporary HGV driving roles
  • Conducting short telephone interviews and initial assessments
  • Entering and maintaining accurate driver information on our internal database
  • Ensuring compliance with employment documentation and legal requirements
  • Assessing applicant experience and suitability to meet client requirements
  • Supporting new drivers through the onboarding process to ensure assignment success
Location and hours

You\'ll be based at our Head Office, located within the grounds of the Luton Hoo Hotel, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Due to the location, having your own transport is beneficial for convenient access. We also offer some flexibility with working hours if you choose to work occasional weekends.

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be speaking to drivers daily
  • A goal-oriented and motivated approach to your work
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities
  • A willingness to learn about driver regulations, documentation and compliance
  • Attention to detail – ensuring all checks and paperwork are in place before placements
  • Previous recruitment or transport industry experience is helpful, but not essential
