Overview

Location: Westbourne

Salary: Up to £26,000 Per Annum

Extras: Bonus Opportunity & Quarterly Company Incentives

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (2pm Finish on Friday's)

Tru Talent is looking for a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer to support our team of highly skilled 360 recruiters. You will be resourcing across a variety of roles for both Automotive Departments.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates directly and proactively.
  • Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations.
  • Build and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal system to accurately track applications through to completion.
  • Create and adapt job adverts to align to your client's requirements.
  • Account manage all existing clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
Requirements / Skills
  • Having worked in a target driven environment
  • Customer service or telesales experience
  • Previous resourcing experience is advantageous
