Qualifications

Aramark UK on behalf of the Principality Stadium is hiring a hands‑on, engaging Recruitment & People Assistant who will play a key role in building the winning team behind every match day and stadium event. From attracting top talent to delivering a seamless onboarding experience, you’ll help create unforgettable guest experiences while positioning the stadium as an employer of choice.

Home to the Welsh National Rugby Team, the iconic Principality Stadium isn’t just a stadium – it’s a stage for history. From hosting Rugby World Cups and FA Cup Finals to welcoming world‑class concerts, it’s one of the most famous landmarks in Wales, alive with energy and unforgettable experiences!

This is a fixed‑term position for 6 months working predominantly Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work evenings and weekends on match days and events.

A day in the life of a Recruitment and People Assistant:
  • Support high‑volume recruitment for front and back‑of‑house teams for stadium events
  • Manage candidate journeys from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience
  • Work with managers to understand workforce needs and allocate staff effectively for events
  • Build strong links with local communities, schools, and colleges to promote opportunities
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners and agencies for scheduling and deployment
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and assist with workforce planning aligned to budgets
  • Provide feedback to managers and agencies on staffing performance and development
  • Support onboarding, compliance, and HR administration as part of the wider People team
  • Assist on match days with scheduling, assigning work areas, and managing workforce gaps
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends, including event and non‑event days
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
  • Experience in high‑volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, leisure, events, or sports
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Experience supporting large event or casual workforces desirable but not essential
