This role involves managing interview scheduling, preparing employment contracts, and overseeing background checks. Location: UK (London preferred, hybrid with some office presence)
Contract: 6-month fixed term, part-time (20 hours per week)
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our People team on a part-time basis. Supporting hiring across the EMEA and APJ regions, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience, while supporting the efficiency of our recruitment operations.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of scheduling, contract administration, and background checks, requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
