Overview

Recruitment Coordinator (Part-Time, Fixed Term) – London, United Kingdom. Location: UK (London preferred, hybrid with some office presence)

Contract: 6-month fixed term, part-time (20 hours per week)

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our People team on a part-time basis. Supporting hiring across the EMEA and APJ regions, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience, while supporting the efficiency of our recruitment operations.

This is a hands-on role with ownership of scheduling, contract administration, and background checks, requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.

What you’ll do:
  • Scheduling: Own the end-to-end interview scheduling process across EMEA and APJ, coordinating between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Contracts: Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer documentation in line with local compliance and company standards across all International locations.
  • Background Checks: Manage the background check process for new hires, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regional requirements.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Managers to support an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the People Team as required.
What we expect:
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate & employee data.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools is desirable, but we can teach you.
