Job Title : Recruitment Consultant (Perm, Contract, Hybrid)

Location : Farnborough or London (hybrid)

Salary : £30,000 to £50,000 plus uncapped commission and OTE

Salary and OTE
  • Base salary : £30,000 to £50,000
  • Uncapped commission
  • Genuine OTE guide :

o Year 1 : £40,000 to £70,000

o Year 2 : £45,000 to £90,000

o Year 3 : £65,000 to £110,000

o Year 4 : £85,000 to £145,000 plus

The role

You will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across one of our specialist desks, for permanent or contract recruitment.

Your markets will sit within areas such as
  • Health and Safety
  • Environment and Sustainability
  • Quality Assurance
  • Compliance Fire Safety / Building Safety / CDM and Principal Design

Across Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and Corporate Services.

What you’ll be doing
Business development and account growth
  • Win new clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking
  • Build long‑term partnerships, not quick wins
  • Spot opportunities in the market and turn them into live jobs
  • Set and hit your own OKRs for new clients, placements, and revenue
End-to-end recruitment
  • Take strong briefs and guide clients with confidence
  • Source and headhunt talent through multiple channels
  • Run structured screening and shortlisting
  • Manage interviews, prep, feedback, and stakeholder comms
Offer management and post-placement care
  • Negotiate offers and manage counteroffer risk
  • Support onboarding and keep both sides engaged
  • Check in at key points to protect delivery and relationships
What we’re looking for
  • Experience : A solid track record in a 360 agency role
  • Commercial drive : You enjoy winning work and building a desk
  • Process and standards : You care about doing it properly
  • Tech confidence : CRM experience (Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter
