Recruitment Consultant – Fire & Security Systems Integration/ Servicing

Location: Kingston • Regions: London, South East
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 plus high commission

Overview

We are looking to recruit a Consultant who has experience recruiting management staff within Fire & Security integration, servicing and commissioning on a permanent and contract basis. This role will recruit all forms of Fire & Security workers across multiple disciplines for large national integrators and servicing & commissioning companies. Roles will vary but will cover Engineers to Project Managers to Company Directors.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit management staff within Fire & Security integration, servicing and commissioning on permanent and contract bases.
  • Develop and grow your own section with the option to manage a team, with support from Senior Management.
  • Identify and engage candidates across multiple disciplines within Fire & Security sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Experience recruiting management staff within Fire & Security integration, servicing and commissioning.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, highly motivated, committed and passionate about recruitment with strong knowledge of Security sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically to increase billings through smart working techniques.
