Responsibilities
Your promise to us:
- Searching and sourcing part-qualified and qualified accountancy, finance, or advisory professionals within the UK for temporary or permanent roles.
- Mapping industry trends and generating job leads through networking and referrals.
- Screening candidates via telephone, conducting initial face-to-face interviews, and organizing further meetings with recruitment consultants.
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment system/database.
- Providing a shortlist of CVs within requested timeframes.
- Generating new business through various business development techniques.
- Meeting sales and NFI targets in line with the business plan and personal objectives, and conducting monthly 1:1 meetings with your manager.
