Compensation & Rewards

• Commission:
  • 10% on the first £10,000 of paid invoices
  • 20% on billings above £10,000
• Bonuses:
  • 8.5% quarterly bonus
  • 1% annual Christmas bonus (based on total yearly billings)

• Realistic OTE:
  • Year 1: £50,000
  • Year 2: £80,000
