As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • New Business Development
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent in the industry
  • Qualifying Leads
  • Generating GP monthly through the successful placement of candidates
  • Managing your monthly targets to achieve your bonus
  • Ideally you will have a background in sales or recruitment, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you.


You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a strong desire to succeed.
