As a Consultant, you ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities
  • Building new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking
  • Delivering excellent service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Running your own desk and being fully accountable for your results your hard work directly reflects in your earnings.
  • Driving growth in your market through creativity, resilience, and determination
  • Working collaboratively with your team to share knowledge and cross-sell across divisions.

  • Previous recruitment or sales/account management experience (experience within recruitment desirable)
