This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You\'ll be the heartbeat of our client partnerships, running your own desk, developing relationships both existing an new to build both your desk and your earning potential. We\'re open to candidates with both commercial and industrial experience, on both perm and temp desks.

Responsibilities
  • Win new business to grow and build your own desk
  • Generate leads for all possible sources, including networking
  • Present prospect candidate to clients
  • Manage and burture existing clients and candidates
  • Build and develop on your own market knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a sales, target driven environment
  • Drive and enthusiasm are musts
  • Confidence dealing with people, good communication skills
  • Sales experience is a bonus
