A major engineering firm in Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to oversee recruitment for Omnia projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a background in energy sector recruitment, managing both permanent and contingent hires while providing an excellent experience for candidates. This role offers a competitive salary with various benefits including hybrid working arrangements.
This role will be on a 12-month contract with the view to a permanent position.
We are at an exciting point of growth and are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner taking responsibility for Omnia Projects (Transmission & Distribution) recruitment UK wide as well as supporting the wider Energy & Sustainable Cities Business Line across the UK&I. An experienced recruiter from an engineering recruitment agency from within the Energy sector or a mix of agency and in-house experience would excel in this role!
As an experienced Recruitment Business Partner you'll bring your knowledge expertise and an established network of contacts from within the energy sector specialising in engineering services and Transmission & Distribution or similar.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager for Energy & Sustainable Cities you shall take full responsibility for the recruitment for Omnia projects. You shall facilitate the end to end recruitment process for both permanent and contingent hires providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
We offer a Hybrid work model. The role shall require you to work from our Manchester Egis office 2-3 days per week with visits to the Omnia Projects head office in North Allerton and attending the London Egis office 1-2 days per month.
