A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business within the Temporary Staffing market. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in recruitment and will excel in negotiations and relationship management. Offering a salary up to £45,000, uncapped monthly commission, and hybrid working options, this role provides a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a growing team in the UK. Position includes additional benefits like a company car allowance, private health care, and generous holiday entitlement.
Location: Hybrid – Based in Leeds Head Office (Client and Site visits as required).
Must have Full UK Driving Licence.
Up to £45K per annum + uncapped monthly commission, plus company car allowance.
