Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

  • Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
  • Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening)
  • Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse:
  • Renew and update job postings via the platform.
  • Update the job description to attract more candidates
  • Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
  • You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO

What we expect from you

  • Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
  • Have a UK work permit
  • Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you
  • Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments
  • Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.
  • No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.
