Job description

The Launch Group is an award-winning Training and Recruitment company that services niche industries across the UK. Established in 2013, TLG builds bespoke pre-employment training programmes, utilised by our clients for traditional resourcing and CSR related skills provisions. Specialising in several industries such as Aviation, Defence, Engineering, Hospitality and Contact Centre Operations.

Role Overview

As part of our growth and client demands, TLG are looking to expand our recruitment team, your main focus will be recruiting people onto bespoke programmes on behalf of some high-profile clients across the UK.

The Role

  • Managing candidates from a variety of referral sources.
  • Contacting potential candidates and vetting suitability for employment programmes ensuring attendance targets are met
  • Attending employment and training events including Job Fairs and Job Centre awareness sessions
  • Updating advertising platforms with opportunities including Job Boards, TLG Website and social media.
  • Following recruitment processes in line with company standards.
  • Assist with candidate interviews and managing interview outcomes.
  • Managing the learner database keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Working collaboratively with the training and recruitment team to ensure the smooth running of all employment programmes.

The Candidate will have

  • Accuracy, care and a can-do approach to work.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
  • A pragmatic approach to multiple tasks and workload.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A good level of functional skills, Maths English and IT
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Pattern

  • Hours of work are 37.5 per week. Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs

Additional Information

  • Salary £26,000 per annum (plus bonus, OTE £30,000)
  • Holidays 23 days per annum plus bank holidays.
