A community support organization in Norwich is seeking a Recovery Worker to support individuals with mental health issues. The role involves a flexible shift pattern and requires a driving license. Compensation: £22,826.31 per year plus £1,066.65 per year recruitment retention allowance

This role involves working a four week rolling rota which covers days, evenings, weekends, sleep ins and bank holidays - additional £55 enhancement paid for sleep ins. No personal care involved. Permanent contract

NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We are a recovery based service supporting people over the age of 18 with mental health issues.
