About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to work within our growing, specialist mental health service in Horsham, Crawley and Northern Sussex

Venture-People offer outreach support solutions to individuals with a mental health need, maximising their independence with the right support at the right time. We work in a person-centred and recovery focused approach, steeped in therapeutic optimism.

We are looking for Support Workers who will make up a growing team within the Horsham and Northern Sussex Outreach team.

Job Opportunity

Your role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
