A global support services provider is seeking a Records Assistant in Basingstoke to enhance their team. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service and managing document records, including handling client requests and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate will have at least some experience in records management and customer service, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Salary 27000 per annum plus company benefits
Location: Basingstoke RG21 4DZ
Contract : Full Time Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8.30am to 6.00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

The Records Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities include file and database maintenance fulfilling client record requests and general office duties as needed. The Records Assistant will work closely with other members of the records team and the Facilities Manager dealing with requests.
