We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
You will be based in our GP surgery and responsible for providing a high‑quality and efficient administration service, including inbound and outbound patient calls. This is an important position within our business as you will be the first point of contact for all patients, and you will be expected to provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors at all times.
You will also be relied upon to provide essential support to the clinical and management teams, enabling them to deliver the best care and provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.
