Receptionist & Office Assistant
This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and organised candidate to join a fast-paced international Private Equity firm. You’ll take on a key role supporting the smooth running of the office, acting as the main point of contact for external providers, building management, and the wider team, while working closely with the HR/Office Manager and EAs.
The role is split between Receptionist and Office Assistant responsibilities. You’ll support the HR/Office Manager with day-to-day operational tasks while overseeing a busy reception area. With clients, portfolio companies, and guests visiting regularly, the ability to multitask and balance front-of-house duties with administrative work is essential. Day to day will include:
