A leading hotel group in Cambourne is seeking a customer-focused individual for a fixed-term role. You will be the first contact for guests, managing check-ins, payments, and general inquiries to ensure an outstanding experience. You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
