Job description

This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare in Leicester. The position involves providing professional and high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as performing a range of administrative duties.

Main Duties
  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries, redirect calls to relevant staff and record messages.
  • Complete reception‑related administration, maintain databases and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
