Job description
Overview

Receptionist/Administrator role in a welcoming and supportive secondary academy in Croydon. This is a term-time, full-time position with start on Monday 20th October 2025 and hours from 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are keen to hear from committed and high‑calibre candidates, prioritising quality over quantity.

This is a busy, varied front‑of‑house role within the Office Team, working closely with the Office Manager. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, parents/carers, staff and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and efficient service and ensuring the smooth running of front‑of‑house operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and can combine strong administrative skills with excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for students, parents/carers, staff and visitors, providing a warm, professional and efficient service.
  • Support the smooth running of the school front‑of‑house operations as part of the Office Team.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience using Bromcom (training can be provided).
