A local NHS Trust is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator for the Radiology Department. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments using clinical systems, and supporting our Superintendents. Applicants should have clerical experience in healthcare and strong English communication skills. This position is essential for improving patient care across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, ready to support a busy administrative team while ensuring excellent service delivery.

The post holder will be part of an administrative team whose responsibilities are to support the clinical services within the radiology department in managing the daily demand and to effectively prioritise incoming referrals into urgent and non-urgent, this includes coverage for Obstetric ultrasound receptions and Mount Vernon Hospital X‑ray reception.
The post holder will act as a Receptionist / Administrator to provide administrative support to our Superintendents when required and to provide an effective, efficient appointment service to the department and the Trust.
You will be a key member of the team and will participate in the improvement plan of patient care across the department. Please note that a willingness to work across our Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospital sites is essential.
