Receptionist/Administrator

We have an immediate vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our fun & friendly KFM Recruitment team!

The Role:

Reception is a vital role in our business, and you’ll quickly become a valued part of the KFM team and integral to the whole recruitment process - from a candidate’sudios first contact, through to registration, interview, and beyond.

  • 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (opportunity for additional hours may be available)

Responsibilities include:
  • Front of the house, greeting candidates and visitors in a professional and friendly الصين manner
  • Answering telephones; call screening and taking accurate messages
  • Registration of candidates, guiding and assisting through the recruitment registration process
  • Completing Right to Work brezhoneg
  • Data input onto bespoke recruitment software system
  • Communicating with candidates via email and telecon
