Overview

Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Required: ASAP

Grade E: 37.5 hours per week term-time only (hours negotiable for right candidate)

Salary: £25,185 - £26,824 FTE (£21,823 - £23,243 pro rata)

We require a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our friendly staff. This is a rare opportunity to join a strong and successful team. The successful applicant will provide general administrative and reception support in the school. As a school we can also offer a supportive, dynamic and professional environment where all members of the staff community work as one body, to support our children to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and reception support in the school.
  • Work as part of a team or independently; flexible in approach; good listener and communicator.
  • Demonstrate positive attitudes to young people and strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) are desirable.
Hours and Contact

The hours for this post are to be worked between 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (including an unpaid 30-minute lunch break).
