Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a receptionist for their client site in Cardiff. The role involves providing a five-star service to visitors, managing calls and emails, and performing administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience in various contexts and excellent communication skills. The contract is for the 9th and 10th of September, from 8am to 5pm, offering a salary of £14-£16 per hour.

Job description

We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients site within Cardiff, working in the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.

Overview

The position is on the ground floor in the front of house team, ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted, emails and phone calls are answered, and any additional queries from visitors are dealt with. There are also administrative duties involved.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a five-star service is delivered by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
  • Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly
  • Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox
  • Deal with any queries from occupiers or workers
  • Sign in visitors and help with directions
  • Report any relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
  • Ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy

Requirements / Dress code

Additional information

Salary: £14ph - £16ph

Location: Cardiff
